By accessing or using MyAI (myai.ai), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.

MyAI is a marketplace for personal and professional AI agents. Our platform allows you to browse, purchase, customize, and interact with AI agent templates. We also offer EMOAi expert personality integration, visual customization tools, and an agent builder.

AI agents on our platform are powered by third-party AI models. Responses generated by AI agents are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. You should not rely on AI-generated content for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this service. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Some features of our service require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan). You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. If we change pricing for your current plan, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the change takes effect.

One-time agent purchases are non-refundable once the agent has been activated and used. For subscription plans, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase if the service has not been substantially used.

You agree not to use our service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Generate harmful, abusive, harassing, or threatening content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use the service for spam, phishing, or other deceptive practices
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
• Use AI agents to generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Resell or redistribute the service without our written consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

The service and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MyAI and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any content you create through our platform, including custom agent configurations and chat content. By publishing agents to our marketplace, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your agent template.

AI agents on our platform generate responses using artificial intelligence. These responses may contain inaccuracies, biases, or outdated information. AI-generated content should not be considered professional advice of any kind.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content. You use AI-generated content at your own risk and discretion. For important decisions, always consult qualified human professionals.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
